Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is evidenced based treatment that helps to reduce pain, aid recovery, promote injury prevention and wellness. Following a thorough assessment, taking the time to listen to your problems and compete a physical examination, a specific treatment plan that is right for you will be formulated. We aim to settle your pain and symptoms as quickly as possible and get you back to full function and back to what you love. Alongside treating your symptoms, we will expertly identify and treat the root causes.

Physio-led Pilates

That is why Physios love Pilates. Everyone can benefit, all ages, all abilities, whether carrying an injury or injury-free you can practice under controlled conditions. Pilates treats incorrect movement patterns to resolve your injury, prevent further occurrence and improve your performance in your sports and daily function. You can practice 121 or in a class.
Jayne began her Pilates journey in 2005 and has since seen the enormous rehabilitation benefit the Pilates system of exercise brings to her clients. Her expertise includes Pilates for runners and cyclists, Pilates for back pain, osteoporosis and Pilates for scoliosis. She is passionate about providing you with a service that will have you feeling and looking good.
About
Jayne brings 28 years of Physiotherapy and 20 years of Pilates experience to the clinic, having a wealth of skills to treat all musculoskeletal conditions. Having qualified from Brunel University in 1997 with a BSc Hons in Physiotherapy, she has worked both in the NHS and privately across Southwest London and Middlesex. Jayne moved to Sussex in 2011 and has since been running a well-established and trusted Physiotherapy and Pilates service and feels privileged to help support her local community. Formerly at The Physio Therapy Centre in Haywards Heath, Jayne moved her practice to The Beale Clinic in 2024 and enjoys the peaceful treatment space to work from. She now runs a full timetable of Pilates classes from the Martindale Centre, Horsted Keynes.
When not working, Jayne loves spending time in the great outdoors with her family and dog, tending to her garden and vegetables, running, strength training and all things Pilates of course.
